Anda High and New Chemical Material Industrial Zone is a key project along the aisle of Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar, constructed by the Province, the Cities and the Counties. The construction of Anda High and New Chemical Material Industrial Zone can facilitate the optimization of the overall layout of the area and sharing of resources. It is helpful to absorb investment and promote regional economic development. This paper studies and analyzes the development status of China's high-profile new chemical materials and industrial park and issues of Anda High and New Chemical Material Industrial Zone. The development pattern of this zone is designed to establish a value net of the recycling economy in cluster. Finally some development strategy and recommendations are proposed in the hope of maximizing the value of this industrial zone. <<
