This report, based on the investigation through over 1,1000 questionnaires, carries out research on the characteristics of, needs and demands for, and rights to cultural and spiritual life of rural migrant workers in cities in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the perspectives of institutional safeguards by the government, urban community culture, and social atmosphere. <<
