免费师范生政策受到各方面的关注,对三所部属高师院校中四个年级的免费师范生的问卷调查表明,他们的选择动机多样,六成以上入学心态积极,学习状态良好,对所接受的教育比较满意,八成以上愿意如期履约。这一制度需依据实施的情况进一步加以调整和改进。
<<The policy of granting free teacher education to new college entrants in selected teacher training institutions has won the concern of society at large. This study is based on questionnaire surveys made in three normal universities under the direct jurisdiction of the MOE,covering students varying from the first to the fourth year. Our findings indicate that they vary in their motivations. Over 60% of them have a positive attitude in seeking entry and have made good progress in their study,and are comparatively satisfactory to the education received. Over 80% of them intend to fulfill their promise to engage in school teaching upon graduation. However,this policy institution needs to be adjusted and improved in light of acquired experience.
