2010年3月，在全国“两会”上政协共收到4353份提案，有关教育事业提案439份，占提案总数10%。在这439份有关教育的提案中，有37份是有关职业教育，占教育事业提案的8。4%；学前教育23份，占教育事业提案的5。2%；农村教育21份，占教育事业提案4。8%，这也是相对比较集中的提案关键词。但是，提案的关注度与数量多少并不完全一致，在2010年两会上影响比较大的议题是关于高校去行政化的提案。
<<In March 2010，altogether 4353 motions were submitted to the NPC and the CPPCC，of which 439 motions，accounting for 10% of the total，were related to educational problems and issues. Among the 439 motions related to education，37 or 8.4% of the total deal with vocational education，23 or 5.2% of the total deal with early childhood education，21 or 4.8% of the total deal with rural education. They all belong to key issues raised in both the CPC and the CPPCC. However，the degree of concern given and the number of motions differ from each other. The motions advanced in both assemblies winning the highest concern are those related to the reduction of administrative interferences in higher education.
