The balanced placement of schoolteachers plays a crucial role in ensuring the balanced development of compulsory education，while the balanced deployment of schoolteachers depends primarily on the fluidity of the corps of schoolteachers. In a number of regions in our country，policies aiming to promote fluidity of the deployment of schoolteachers have been initiated. However，such policies vary in their content and effects. This article attempts to make an overall review of these policies initiated in various regions，with special attention paid to case studies，so as to find out effective ways and means for promoting the fluidity of schoolteachers employed by schools providing compulsory schooling.
