Social mentality is the reflection of social reality. A good social mentality is the premise of social stability and development. It is the social psychological foundation of social governance and innovation. In order to strive to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping，who made on the 40th Anniversary Ceremony in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone，“to innovate ideas to promote the modernization of city governance system and governance capacity”，and according to the relevant requirements of the national social psychological service system pilot work，Long’gang District has innovated to build up a full cycle psychological crisis intervention work system，which covers earlier stage disposal，emergency response，and afterwards following-ups. It has explored the construction of a new mode of risk prevention and control of psychological social events，and has improved the systematization，standardization，specialization，intellectualization and scientization of psychological crisis intervention work. A new mode of “psychological service +” social governance has been initially formed，which has promoted the construction of Safety Long’gang，Healthy Long’gang and modernization of grass-roots social governance.
