This report has summarized the work of trade unions in Shenzhen in 2020，and has analyzed the new situation and new challenges facing by trade unions in Shenzhen. It has also proposed to continuously deepen reform and innovation，to compare to the best，and to strive to be the vanguard of Chinese trade unions and to build the leading model trade union of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has also emphasized that in 2021，the trade unions should focus on six key aspects of work such as to firmly control the political direction，to implement the new development idea，to lay a solid foundation at the grassroots level，to build a harmonious labor relationship，to meet the yearning of workers for a better life，and to keep pace with the time to strengthen self-construction.
