This paper expounded the basic status and development trend of Shenzhen in 2020 in promoting the planning and construction of urban public cultural and sports facilities，reforming the management system and mechanism of public cultural and sports，and improving the quality of public cultural and sports products. This paper has focused on the analysis of the three major development trends of Shenzhen’s public cultural and sports services：digitization，integration and socialization，and has put forward that Shenzhen should promote the transformation，upgrading and high-quality development of public cultural and sports services in the new era through digitization，scenarized and community development strategies.
