    2020~2021年深圳食品安全工作现状、成就与展望

    摘要

    深圳市认真学习领会习近平总书记关于食品安全工作的重要指示精神,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院和广东省委、省政府关于食品安全工作各项决策部署,紧跟发达国家和地区的食品安全治理理念,从先行先试到先行示范,努力打造国际一流、国内领先、让市民满意的食品安全城市,全力创建国家食品安全示范城市,全面加强食品安全基础工作和能力建设,提高生产经营水平,形成供深食品标准体系、食品药品志愿者服务队伍、“一街一车一室一中心一基地”、青少年校园“食育”工程、国内首个标准化移动厨房和进口冻品集中监管仓建设等一批特色经验,持续推动食品安全工作高质量发展,为国家食品安全大局贡献深圳力量。

    Abstract

    Shenzhen earnestly studied the important instructions of President Xi Jinping on food safety work,adhered to people-centered philosophy of development,and carried out various decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee,the State Council,Guangdong Party Committee and Government on food safety work. Based on the concept of food safety management learned from developed countries and regional areas,from a pioneer to a pilot demonstration area,we will strive to build a world-class,domestic leading food safe city that satisfies citizens,and strive to build a National Food Safety Demonstration City,and comprehensively strengthen fundamental food safety work and capacity building,and enhance the level of production and operation. By doing which,we built the “Zhen Pin” of the supply-Shenzhen food standard system,food and drug volunteer service team,“one street,one rapid detection vehicle,one lab,one centre,one base”,the youth campus “food education” project,standardized mobile kitchen,centralized supervision of imported cold chain food. All of these will contribute to the development of food safety work with high quality and support national food safety work in action.
