Based on the in-depth analysis of the development status，main characteristics，existing problems and development efficiency of Guangzhou’s above-scale private industrial enterprises during the 13th Five-year-plan period，this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of private industrial enterprises in the 14th Five-year-plan period，so as to help the private industrial economy break the bottleneck of development and make new breakthroughs.
