The new electrical power reform puts forward new requirements for labour cost input-output efficiency evaluation of power grid enterprises. Based on absorbing the reasonable components of the traditional labour cost input-output evaluation system and combining with the requirements of the new electrical power reform,this report creatively constructs the labour cost input-output efficiency evaluation system for power grid enterprises,evaluates five power grid enterprises which are at the same level with such evaluation system,demonstrates its applicability and operability,and comes to two conclusions:the labour cost control efficiency of power grid enterprises should be evaluated by labour cost input-output comprehensive index rather than any single index;strengthening human resource development and increasing talent equivalent are important means to improve labour cost control efficiency.
