Based on objective description of the importance of the development and application of micro survey data，this report analyzes the development，database building and use of micro survey data in the development and creation of the Blue Book of Cultural Construction·Chinese Cultural Development Report，as well as the important role played in the development and creation of the reports on Chinese cultural development. Taking the cultivation and practice of core socialist values，and the development of public culture construction as examples，this report explores the new dynamic development of the practice of the culture of core socialist values advocated by the state and the new changes of satisfaction evaluation of public culture construction. Dynamic analysis is carried out on the value orientation of satisfaction，sense of acquisition and cognitive identity of cultural construction reflected by micro data. It is believed that the Blue Book of Cultural Construction has achieved preliminary results by using microscopic survey data to explore the development and change of Chinese culture. However，the construction of microdata still needs greater attention from the government and related research departments. It is urgent to strengthen the database building，development and talent training of micro survey data，so that such data can play a more significant role in cultural construction and development，social and economic development，and in meeting the needs of people’s intellectual and cultural consumption.
