With the rapid development of Chinese national economy and the deepening reform of the medical and health system，introducing PPP model into the medical and health field has become an important measure. Introducing social capital into the medical industry not only reduces financial pressure，but also improves the allocation of resources in the medical and health field，but there are still many problems that need to be improved. This paper studies the development status of hospital PPP at home and abroad，analyzes the problems faced in the project practice，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions，so as to promote the reform of medical service supply system，improve the operation efficiency and service quality of hospital PPP project，and provide high-quality medical and health technology and services to the society.
