In 2020，“Public-Private Partnership（PPP）Project Performance Management Operation Guidelines” and the relevant guidance documents in many provinces and industries have had a positive impact on the development of PPP project performance management industry. This paper analyzes the overall environment and market of PPP project performance management in 2020 from the aspects of policy release and performance management service demand. It also explains the existing problems and prospects the trend of PPP project performance development in 2021.
