This report reviews the development of China’s PPP in 2020 from the perspectives of the situation of PPP projects listed in project library，policy norms，project practice，and development themes. Based on the background of the new era of “3060 goal”，and starting from the target positioning and policy orientation of PPP，it puts forward the development trend of standardized management，mode innovation，and integration with other investment and financing tools，to promote PPP to play an active role in a lasting and stable manner in the future.
