In the current background of increasingly fierce competition among private education companies，innovation is the key to measuring the competitiveness of a private education company in the education industry，and it is also the driving force and source of striving for rapid development. Based on the enterprise technology innovation performance pricing framework model，this paper constructs an innovation competitiveness pricing system through factor analysis，ranks 73 private education enterprises’ innovation situation，and shows the current status of private education enterprises’ innovation competitiveness. In-depth analysis was conducted from multiple dimensions of innovation，and found that the location of the enterprise，the market value of the enterprise，its subdivisions，the form of education，and the history of enterprise establishment are the key factors affecting the innovation competitiveness of private education enterprises.
