世界正处于百年未有之大变局，突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对我国乃至世界都产生了深刻影响，中国图们江地区亦难以独善其身。通过实地调研及文献总结的方法，本报告对中国图们江地区经济社会进行细致考察。中国图们江地区面对发展困境应当立足自身资源禀赋顺势而为增强经济实力，在疫情防控常态化背景下积极推进经济内循环发展，并以“培育为主、引进为辅”为原则推进人才建设，夯实发展内生动力基础，同时加大中国图们江地区旅游业建设力度，推进中国图们江地区经济社会高质量发展。
<<The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century，and the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has had a profound impact on China and even the world，undoubtedly，it’s hard for the Tumen River region of China to escape. In 2019，the Tumen River region of China （In this report，the Tumen River region of China refers to Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province，including such 8 cities and counties as Yanji City，Tumen City，Hunchun City，Longjing City，Helong City，Dunhua City，Antu County and Wangqing County） made steady progress in the economic and social development，but still faced some development difficulties. China’s Tumen River region should respond to the situations，take advantage of the trend and actively tap their potentials，so as to promote the high-quality development there.
