随着互联网的成熟与普及,线下生活不断向线上转移,电子商务平台已经成为网民购物的重要途径。虽然当前平台拥有强大的商业实力与社会影响力,但电子商务平台的社会责任履行现状备受争议。本文以淘宝、京东、拼多多三大国内主流电商平台为主要分析对象,总结出当前电商平台普遍存在竞价排名、用户数据泄露、消费主义意识形态建构等内容管理与平台管理乱象。并基于以上共性问题以及电商行业实际发展情况,提出技术赋能弥合平台管理漏洞、外在监督加强行业约束、企业提高自律意识自觉履行责任的三方协同共建、同向发力的核心路径,共同致力于电商系统与社会系统之间的良性互动与发展。
<<With the maturity and popularization of the Internet,offline life continues to shift to online,and e-commerce platforms have become an important way for netizens to shop. Although the current platform has strong commercial strength and social influence,the status quo of fulfilling social responsibilities of e-commerce platforms has been controversial. This article takes Taobao,JD.com,and Pinduoduo as the main analysis objects,and concludes that the current e-commerce platforms generally have content management and platform management chaos,such as bidding rankings,user data leakage,and consumerist ideological construction. And based on the above common problems and the actual development of the e-commerce industry,we propose a core path of three-party collaboration and co-construction of technology empowerment to bridge platform management loopholes,external supervision to strengthen industry constraints,and companies to enhance self-discipline and consciously fulfill their responsibilities. Jointly commit to the virtuous circle and development of the e-commerce system and the social system.
