As a new way of interaction and communication，barrage has given birth to the barrage communities with the characteristics of youth subculture. The barriers to entry，the mix of communicator and receivers，the unique language style and the culture of “teasing” distinguish the barrage communities from other online communities. The communication of barrage communities has multiple values，which not only reflects the emotional needs and value demands of individuals，but also has a profound impact on the production of media content，the inheritance of traditional culture and the dissemination of mainstream ideology. However，there are also some negative influences in its development：Guichu videos “mock everything”，UGC constantly touches the copyright boundary，inferior barrage text destroys the ecology of public opinion and language environment，Internet populism gathers destructive force. Given that，this paper tries to standardize and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the barrage communities by perfecting laws and regulations，constructing the mechanism of the combination of dredging and blocking，establishing self-regulatory organizations and popularizing media literacy education.
