5G时代来临,音频平台全场景融合能力逐渐增强,其社会责任履行情况备受关注。本文选取月活跃度排名靠前的10个具有代表性的音频平台作为研究对象,通过内容分析法分析并评价音频平台在信息生产、价值引导、文化教育、协调沟通四个方面的社会责任履行情况。研究发现,头部音频平台社会责任评分较高,特色音频平台在个别社会责任方面也有亮点表现。其中喜马拉雅评分最高,猫耳FM评分最低。结合本文研究结果,建议音频平台针对不同关键业务进行社会责任风险防范。
<<From the theoretical perspective of new media social responsibility,this paper investigates the social responsibility of ten network audio broadcast platforms through content analysis. The research found that the social responsibility score of the top audio platform is high,and the characteristic audio platform also has some highlights in social responsibility. Himalaya FM had the maximum score and Maoer FM had the minimum score. Combined with the results of this study,it is suggested that the audio platform’s social responsibility risk countermeasure.
