本文选取20个县级融媒体中心微信公众号作为研究对象,通过新媒体社会责任评价指标体系对县级融媒体中心在新冠肺炎疫情期间的社会责任履行状况进行评价。分析结果显示,浦东发布得分最高,北京海淀与香坊发布位居第二,得分最末三位为锦江发布、今日浉河与大成武昌。县级融媒体中心的政治属性使得各个微信公众号在真实与内容健康度指标上得分均为满分。控制侵权、行为失范与议题公共性指标得分差距较小,而全面、公众认同度与公众参与度指标得分差距较大。多个县级融媒体中心在内容生产上存在的原创性不足、与受众互动不足问题,导致原创、平台回复度得分为0。县级融媒体中心作为地区媒体的集大成者和新闻舆论工作的关键环节,更应做好原创内容生产,提供优质的区域性信息内容以满足本地区公众日常信息需求,同时提升用户互动水平,维系用户关系,以不断完善自身全面发展。
<<In this paper,20 public WeChat accounts of county-level financial media centers were selected as the research objects,and the social responsibility performance of county-level financial media centers during the COVID-19 epidemic was evaluated through the new media social responsibility evaluation index system. The analysis results showed that Pudong released the highest score,Beijing Haidian and Xiangfang released the second place,and the lowest three were Jinjiang release,Shihe today and DachengWuchang. The political attribute of the county financial media center makes each WeChat official account score full marks in the index of authenticity and content health. There was a small gap in the index of controlling infringement,behavior anomie and the publicity of the issue,while there was a large gap in the index of comprehensive,public recognition and public participation. Many county-level financial media centers have problems of insufficient originality and insufficient interaction with audiences in content production,resulting in the score of originality and platform response degree being 0. As an integrator of regional media and a key link of news and public opinion work,county-level financial media centers should do a good job in the production of original content,provide high-quality regional information content to meet the daily information needs of the local public,and at the same time improve the level of user interaction,maintain user relations,so as to continuously improve their overall development.
