On the basis of analyzing the status and investment and financial condition of Harbin High-tech Industrial Development Zone, we sum up the existing problems in the process of Harbin High-tech Development Zone's investment and financial activities, which include single main parts and narrow channels for investment and financing activities, weak subject on the investment and financing platform, lack of ability and plans, imperfect investment and financing system etc. Taking 3 outstanding domestic Chinese High-tech Industrial Development Zone-Zhong Guancun, Xi'an High-tech Zone, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone as examples, their investment and financial promoting activities are analyzed. At the same time their successful experience are summarized as the reference for investment promotion and financing development of Harbin High-tech Industrial Development Zone. <<
