Industrial transfer is the requirement and the inevitable trend of China's industrial restructuring and regional economic integration with important practical significance for achieving the goal of Shanxi's transformation and leap-frog development.In order to implement the Guidelines on Industrial Transfer to Midwest China issued by the State Council and further promote Shanxi's related work,this report,basing on the present situation and characteristics in Shanxi,proposes guidelines,basic principles and thirty operational suggestions to promote industrial transfer to Shanxi. <<
