In March，2010，Guangzhou city survey office of ten thousand households conducted a trace survey among the citizen investigation network of the newly registered household on citizens’ surfing on internet and investigated the new contents of citizen’s e-commerce，which shows the proportion of Guangzhou household surfing on internet is continuously increasing and the network in Guangzhou is more popularized. The household style，net citizen structure and motivation of surfing on internet vary in different degrees.
