Based on the comparative study of the current situation，model and supporting policies between Guangzhou and other domestic advanced electronic commerce cities，this paper concludes the development stage，advantage，characteristics and development bottlenecks of Guangzhou electronic commerce. This paper points out that the electronic commerce development in Guangzhou is in leading position among the domestic cities，in some field it has ranked first in China. The Guangzhou witnesses the sustainable and rapid development of electronic commerce.
