Countries along the Yellow River are the basic carrier and key subject to implement the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin. Dong’e County is located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River，and has relatively prominent advantages in ecology，cultural tourism，location，and industrial foundation. Under the guidance of the Yellow River Basin ecological protection and high-quality development strategy，Dong’e County has re-understood its own basic advantages，re-optimized the plan，guided by the ecological priority development concept，correctly handle the “giving and gain” relationship between short-term and long-term，local and overall，and focusing on the “five acceleration and five promotion” project，Dong’e Country has achieved remarkable achievements in promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of counties along the Yellow River，and has accumulated valuable experience for the development of counties along the Yellow River nationwide. The report recommends that the main responsibility for ecological restoration and governance of the Yellow River in the county should be further strengthened，and the county pilots of the ecological product value realization mechanism in the Yellow River Basin should be actively carried out，and the ability to integrate ecological technology strategies along the Yellow River should be accelerated.
