内蒙古黄河区域文化，即内蒙古黄河流经范围的区域文化，其研究对象是在该区域范围内物质文化与非物质文化遗产的总和。因此“文化遗产”是我们研究的对象和核心。内蒙古黄河区域文化既是内蒙古的地域文化，也是整体的黄河文化的重要构成。做好内蒙古黄河区域文化研究，首先就是要处理黄河文化和内蒙古的关系，处理好黄河文化的区域特点与整体的关系，处理好内蒙古黄河区域文化与内蒙古区域文化之间的关系，处理好黄河文化区域内影响与对外交流之间的关系。
<<The Yellow River culture in Inner Mongolia is the regional culture in the region through which the Yellow River flows. The research object is the sum of the material culture and the intangible cultural heritage within the region. Therefore，“cultural heritage” is the object and core of our research. The regional culture of Inner Mongolia Yellow River is not only the regional culture of Inner Mongolia，but also an important component of the whole Yellow River culture. To do a good job in the study of Inner Mongolia Yellow River culture，we must first deal with the relationship between the Yellow River culture and Inner Mongolia，deal with the relationship between the regional characteristics of the Yellow River culture and the overall relationship，deal with the relationship between Inner Mongolia Yellow River culture and Inner Mongolia regional culture，deal with the relationship between the influence within the Yellow River culture region and the external exchange.
