The integration of the Yellow River Basin into the new development pattern of domestic and international Dual Circulation will help promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin，and contribute regional strength to accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with domestic major cycles as the main body and mutually reinforcing domestic and international dual circulation. This report analyzes the situation related to the economic and social development of the Yellow River Basin，and studies the strategic opportunities and challenges brought by the integration of the Yellow River Basin into the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation. The integration of the Yellow River Basin into the new development pattern of dual circulation will bring new impetus to the optimal allocation of resources，promote the formation of regional industrial and economic layout that meets the requirements of high-quality development，and promote the new-type urbanization construction and rural revitalization of the basin.
