Qinghai province has the natural resource endowment conditions for the development of clean energy. As a national clean energy demonstration province，the development and practice of clean energy in Qinghai is at the forefront of the country，which has made a significant contribution to economic and social development，and provided a lot of support and experiences for the development of Chinese clean energy industry. This article takes Qinghai’s clean energy as the research object，and summarizes its clean energy development and utilization. It also analyzes some urgent problems and challenges facing the development of clean energy. In order to achieve clean energy promote the high-quality development of Qinghai，this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from improving the industrial development plan，improving the local absorption capacity of the region，optimizing the industrial development environment，expanding financing channels，and continuously reducing non-technical costs.
