Since the Yellow River basin ecological protection and high-quality development has become a national strategy，Henan has shouldered the mission bravely，given full play to its comparative advantages，accurately grasped the “Four Relations”，and started from many aspects，such as stepping up top-level planning and design，coordinating supply and demand，accelerating the collection of development momentum，and vigorously promoting the Yellow River culture，that has made many new explorations for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The report analyzes the measures and achievements of ecological protection and high-quality development in Henan Province，and combs and analyzes the main problems faced by the current work. Based on these analyses，some suggestions are put forward to promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in Henan Province.
