In 2020，the Yellow River Basin in Inner Mongolia has made gratifying achievements in ecological protection and environmental governance，construction of agricultural and livestock production bases，resource conservation and green transformation，structural adjustment and improvement of people’s livelihood. But There are still many problems that affect the completion of the above tasks. In the future，we must take up enough courage and determination to pay close attention to ecological protection and environmental governance，combine resource conservation with industrial transformation and upgrading，and take the construction of talent team as the first task of regional，industrial and enterprise development. At the same time，We must explore ecological compensation mechanism which is vertical and horizontal to realizing the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in Inner Mongolia.
