The Yellow River National Strategy plays a key role in China’s economic and social development and ecological security，but for a long time，the Yellow River Basin has been faced with the problems of the Yellow River flood and ecological restoration，which is rooted in the internal conflict between environment and development under the traditional industrialization model. We should establish a mutually promoting relationship between the ecological environment and high-quality development with the new thinking of ecological civilization，reshape the economic system and regional economic pattern of the Yellow River Basin from the perspective of ecological civilization，and truly contribute to the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
