Based on the research of technology prevision development in domestic and abroad and the current development of Guangzhou auto electronic industry and technology，this paper explores a process suitable for Guangzhou to conduct technology prevision，and chooses 38 key sub-technology in 4 directions of auto electronic technology to conduct empirical analysis，concludes the Guangzhou auto electronic technology development matrix and schedule，and offers proposals for a better development of Guangzhou auto electronic technology.
