The normalization of community epidemic prevention and control in Beijing has its particularity. The need of zero error management，full supply of materials and strong guidance of public opinion catalyze the application of intelligent technology in community epidemic prevention and control in Beijing，including investigation and liaison，screening and temperature measurement，intelligent monitoring and appointment triage and other major aspects. Intelligent call platform，automatic registration and intelligent temperature measurement，the community health service station booking triage is intelligent technique is applied to the typical cases of epidemic prevention and control and the Beijing community contributes to the realization of large-scale outbreak of community prevention and control，co-ordinated and refinement，but also exposed the intelligent technology is not yet mature，personnel，technology still need running-in，humanistic care is the absence of problems.
