In order to protect the intangible cultural heritage，it is imperative that we promote the amendment of the intangible cultural heritage legislation. The amendment of Intangible Cultural Heritage Law should first adhere to strengthen the overall protection and active protection of the intangible cultural heritage，support the training of inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage，promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the intangible cultural heritage，and protect the development of the intangible cultural heritage. Secondly，we should expand the participants and inheritors，broaden the inheritance and transmission channels and promote the classification，the rational utilization and the legal responsibility of intangible cultural heritage. Specific modification plans include improving the overall design of inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage，strengthening the social participation mechanism，improving the classification protection system，promoting the integrated development of intangible cultural heritage protection and public cultural service，and establishing the rational utilization system of intangible cultural heritage.
