Based on the field survey of more than 30 villages in Guizhou Province,this paper presents the tourism development mode of Guizhou ethnic minority villages through questionnaires and field interview. It also sorts out the problems existing in the industry and tourism integration development of Guizhou ethnic minority villages. The first is “singleness,homogeneity and uneven distribution of interests”. The second is the single product structure and weak brand power. The third is the lack of talents in professional tourism planning. The fourth is the lack of industrialization of tourism resources. The article also puts forward policies for the promotion of the development of industry and tourism in ethnic minority villages in Guizhou Province. The first is to promote integration to improve the constructive capacity of ethnic minority villages. The second is to create distinctive tourism brands and promote rapid industrial development. The third is to cultivate industry-planning professionals. The fourth is to make overall plans and concentrate on promoting industrial development.
