    贵州传统美食制作技艺类非遗扶贫开发路径研究

    摘要

    利用传统美食制作技艺等非遗助力扶贫开发是贵州完成扶贫攻坚任务的创新手段之一。非遗扶贫开发具有明显的政策主导性,需要坚持保护和开发并重,并依赖内生性动力,其项目也具有文化属性与科技属性,因而具有较大的可行性。坚持保护与利用并重做大文化资本、人才培养与产品研发相结合、内生性动力与外源性帮扶相结合,构建跨区域跨行业的资源整合共享机制,是推动扶贫开发项目发展的重要路径。 <<

    Abstract

    Guizhou is deep located in the southwest inland of China. Due to its underdeveloped economy,it used to be the province with the largest population and area suffering from poverty,facing great difficulties in the arduous task of poverty alleviation. It is one of the innovative means to tackle the task of poverty alleviation by making use of traditional culinary arts and other intangible cultural heritages. With the feature of obvious policy dominance,poverty alleviation and the development of intangible cultural heritage require both protection and development,relying greatly on endogenous motivation. Since the related projects have cultural and technological characteristics,they are greatly feasible. It becomes an important way to promote the development of poverty alleviation projects by utilizing cultural capital,combining talents training with product research and development,connecting endogenous motivation with exogenous support to build a cross-regional and cross-industry resource integration and sharing mechanism.
