Guizhou is deep located in the southwest inland of China. Due to its underdeveloped economy，it used to be the province with the largest population and area suffering from poverty，facing great difficulties in the arduous task of poverty alleviation. It is one of the innovative means to tackle the task of poverty alleviation by making use of traditional culinary arts and other intangible cultural heritages. With the feature of obvious policy dominance，poverty alleviation and the development of intangible cultural heritage require both protection and development，relying greatly on endogenous motivation. Since the related projects have cultural and technological characteristics，they are greatly feasible. It becomes an important way to promote the development of poverty alleviation projects by utilizing cultural capital，combining talents training with product research and development，connecting endogenous motivation with exogenous support to build a cross-regional and cross-industry resource integration and sharing mechanism.
