Modern service industry is an important direction for industry transform and upgrading in PRD，and also an important path for improving the regional economic development mode. In recent years，the modern service industry in PRD grows steadily，while still confronts many issues，such as low development level，lack of planning，homogeneous competition，improper industry structure and industry distribution，etc. The way-out for these issues is to develop the modern service industry innovatively，and focus on those of high-tech lead.
