大力发展法律服务业是创建法治城市示范的重要组成部分。深圳在构建系统性律师培养机制,强化律师培训方面进行了积极探索并取得了一定成效。但在培养形式、培训规划、专业型人才管理、针对性培养机制建设以及资源供给等方面仍有进一步提升的空间。本报告以深圳市律师系统性培养机制为研究对象,建议通过丰富培训形式、建立专业型律师人才管理机制、强化培养机制资源供给等方式,进一步完善律师系统性培养机制,从而强化律师队伍建设,提升法律服务水平。
<<Vigorously developing the legal service industry is an important part of creating a model city under the rule of law. Shenzhen has actively explored and achieved certain results in building a systematic lawyer training mechanism and strengthening lawyer training. However,there is still room for further improvement in terms of training form,training planning,professional talent management,targeted training mechanism construction,and resource supply. This article takes Shenzhen’s systematic training mechanism for lawyers as the research object. It is recommended to further improve the systemic training mechanism for lawyers by enriching training forms,establishing a professional lawyer talent management mechanism,and strengthening the supply of resources for training mechanisms,which aims to strengthen the construction of the lawyer team and improve the level of legal services.
