Shenzhen takes the lead in advancing the construction of corporate compliance，which is conducive to the construction of a “example of law-based governance” and the modernization and innovation of the urban governance system and governance capabilities，and it also contributes to the high-quality development of the city’s economy. The survey found that there are still problems in Shenzhen’s corporate compliance construction，such as inadequate understanding，imperfect organizational structure，imperfect operating mechanism，and unimplemented guarantee mechanism. Shenzhen should accelerate the establishment of a corporate compliance legal system，and promote the construction of corporate compliance demonstration zones in terms of standardizing the interaction between government and business，innovating supervision methods，strengthening service guarantees，and strengthening industry autonomy.
