As an important fulcrum of Shenzhen’s technological innovation，the software industry has become an important driving force for Shenzhen’s growth. In recent years，the number of software intellectual property disputes has also been increasing. In order to better clarify the actual situation of software copyright judicial protection and provide a reference for software enterprises to protect their intellectual property rights，this article intends to analyze the situation of Shenzhen software enterprises from the three perspectives of software copyright，invention patent and trade secrets.
