From 2000 to 2019，the per capita value of all types of the residents’ consumption demand data in Hebei’s urban and rural evidently continued to increase. The residents’ total consumption in 2019 was 8.80 times that of 2000，the material consumption was 7.91 times and the immaterial consumption was 11.00 times. The proportion of the residents’ immaterial consumption significantly rose over 7.22 percentage points，showing a remarkable upgrading change of the consumption structure. The residents’ consumption rate significantly rose from 27.99% to 40.36%，it rose evidently since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. The residents’ amassment rate evidently fell from 35.40% to 30.67%，which in return lighten the inhibition of consumption demand. The regional disparity of the residents’ total consumption，material consumption and immaterial consumption roundly continued to be reduced；and the urban and rural ratio of the residents’ total consumption，material consumption and immaterial consumption roundly continued to be reduced.
