In 2020，Shenzhen’s industrial scale continued to rank among the top in China with a steady rebound in growth rate and in both domestic and overseas sales. The industrial enterprise performance continued to improve；new infrastructure made breakthroughs；and the overall positive momentum of the high-quality development continued. In 2021，Shenzhen’s industry faces the pressure of China-US trade frictions，of the risks in the industrial chain and the supply chain，and of high-level development. In the context of the improvement of overall economic environment，the “double dynamics” strategy and the “dual zone” strategy，and more opportunities thanks to the manufacturing development policy，Shenzhen must focus on enhancing the independent controllability of the industrial supply chain，fostering new growths，implementing open coordination，strengthening factor guarantees，and optimizing corporate services，so as to take the high-quality development to the next level.
