自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,城市轨道交通行业经历了一次前所未有的考验。本文结合城市轨道交通企业调研情况,从疫情期间的乘客服务管理、设施设备清洁消毒、防疫物资管理、内部人员管控等方面,对各企业在疫情期间所采取的措施及效果进行总结。结果表明,进站测温、佩戴口罩乘车、设置留观区、发热人员应急处置是乘客管理的主要措施;在客流管控方面,精准控制列车满载率的实施难度较大,乘客追踪的技术手段有限;同时,公共卫生应急管理体系建设和应急信息平台建设方面还存在一定差距。
<<Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the urban rail transit industry has experienced an unprecedented test. Based on the investigation of urban rail transit enterprises,this paper summarized the measures taken by enterprises during the epidemic period and their effects from the aspects of passenger service management,equipment and facilities cleaning and disinfection,epidemic prevention materials management and internal personnel control. The results showed that the main measures for passenger management were temperature measurement at the station,wearing masks on the bus,setting up observation area and emergency treatment of febrile persons. In the aspect of passenger flow control,it is difficult to accurately control the train load ratio,and the technical means of passenger tracking are limited. At the same time,there is still a gap in the construction of public health emergency management system and emergency information platform.
