随着轨道交通线网规模、管理幅度不断增大,运营维护规模以及企业人员培养压力与日俱增,给轨道交通运营企业的长期可持续发展带来压力。探究委外维修模式可有效地利用市场专业化资源,缓解运营管理压力,提高设施设备维保管理效率和运行安全质量。本文从城市轨道交通运营企业委外维修特点、委外维修管理现状问题等方面出发,阐述了委外维修的发展状况和未来的展望,并提出一些建议。结果表明,采用委外维修后,自动售检票专业可以减少45%的人员配置,资金预算降低63。72%;站台门专业可以减少69%的人员配置,资金预算降低40。34%,但是在人员业务能力、质量管控和应急保障等方面也存在缺陷。
<<With the increasing scale of rail transit network and management range,the pressure of operation and maintenance scale and enterprise personnel training is increasing day by day,which brings pressure on the long-term sustainable development of rail transit operation enterprises. Exploring the outsourcing maintenance mode can effectively use the market specialized resources,relieve the pressure of operation management,and improve the efficiency of maintenance management and operation safety quality of facilities and equipment. This chapter from the characteristics of urban rail transit operation enterprise outsourcing maintenance,outsourcing maintenance management status and other aspects,expounds the development status and future prospects of outsourcing maintenance,and puts forward some suggestions. The results show that after outsourcing maintenance,the personnel allocation of automatic ticket sales and check-in can be reduced by 45%,and the fund budget can be reduced by 63.72%. The personnel allocation of platform door can be reduced by 69% and the capital budget is reduced by 40.34%,but there are also defects in personnel business ability,quality control and emergency support.
