2020年我国城市轨道交通保持快速发展态势，线网总规模接近8000公里，新增运营里程1233。5公里，较2019年增长18。3%，车站4681座，全年累计完成客运量175。9亿人次、进站量109。5亿人次，同比分别下降25。8%和26。8%。行业管理体系不断完善，企业管理和技术创新成效显著。本报告回顾了2020年城市轨道交通运营发展情况，分析了客运量、进站量、客运强度、换乘系数和列车延误等指标，系统梳理了2020年发布的行业管理政策和相关标准规范，分析了企业在管理和技术方面的创新举措，提出了城市轨道交通运营发展热点。结果表明，2020年客运强度降幅超过30%，平均为0。45万人次/（公里·日）；运营车公里增长11。1%，达45。5亿车公里；票款收入下降26。1%，总支出增长31。5%。
<<The development of urban rail transit in China maintained rapid growth in 2020，and the length of new operational lines is 1233.5 km. The total scale of operational lines was close to 8000 km，and increased by 18.3% over 2019. The total number of stations was 4681 by the end of 2020. The passenger boarding was 17.59 billion，decreased by 25.8% over 2019，and passenger journey by 10.95 billion and 26.8% respectively. The industrial management system has been continuously improved，and significant achievements have been made in enterprise management and technological innovation. The report reviewed the development of urban rail transit operation in 2020，and the indicators of passenger boarding，passenger journey，passenger intensity，transfer coefficient and train delays were analyzed. The policies and related technical standards were summarized，and the innovation of enterprise organization and operation maintenance were discussed. Finally，the future development hotspots of urban rail transit operation management was put forward. The results show that in 2020，the passenger transport intensity decreased by more than 30%，with an average of 45 thousand passengers/km/day. Vehicle kilometers in operation increased by 11.1 percent to 4.55 billion. Ticket revenue decreased by 26.1%，while total expenditure increased by 31.5%.
