社会心态的建设与培育一直是我国大力推进和发展的重要内容，本研究通过四个方面对北京市社会心态进行概述与梳理：首先，厘清社会心态的内容及结构；其次，探讨北京市社会心态的现状；再次，进一步了解和探索保障社会心态培育建设的社会心理服务建设现状；最后，针对社会心态培育存在的社会心态无规范评估标准、缺乏理论框架，培养实践关注面过窄、针对性不足，消极社会心态治理问题缺乏研究，专业人员数量严重不足等问题提出针对性的建议。
<<The construction and cultivation of social mentality has been an important part of China’s promotion and development. This study summarizes and sorts out Beijing’s social mentality from four aspects. Firstly，it clarifies the content and structure of social mentality. The second is to discuss the status quo of social mentality among Beijing residonts. The third is to further understand and explore the status quo of social psychological service construction that is a guarantee for the cultivation and construction of social mentality. Finally，targeted suggestions are put forward for the lack of normative evaluation criteria and theoretical framework，for the narrow focus on training practice，for the lack of research on the governance of negative social mentality，and for the serious shortage of professional staff.
