信托公司正面临转型压力,虽有诸多转型方向选择,但都并非简单和短期的策略调整,需要有中长期的战略布局和规划。本文着重论述了标品投资业务,尤其是标品投资TOF业务,对于信托公司转型而言具有内在必然性和可行性。本文强调标品TOF业务的体系化建设与顶层设计重要性,并提出与之相关的五大核心能力建设问题,包括基金综合评价、策略与风险评价、投研与风控体系、配置与组合管理、产品设计与运营服务。
<<The Trust industry is under the pressure of transformation. Even the multiple optional transformation directions,the Trust financing firms must be supplied with the long term strategy and planning instead of the short term and slight adjustment. The paper studied the necessity and the feasibility of the standardized-product investment trust business,especially,the TOF(Trust of Fund) for the Trust industry transformation. In the view of author,The Top-design and systematization of the TOF business is necessary to the success of transformation. Five core capabilities are proposed up in the paper,including ① investment fund assessment,② the strategy and risk assessment,③ investment research and risk controlling system,④ allocation and portfolio management,and ⑤ product design and operation service.
