扶贫工作是一项系统的民生工程,建设良好的公共关系是凝聚扶贫力量和协调推进扶贫项目的基础。本文研究社会组织参与脱贫攻坚的公共关系构建,包括与公共部门、企业组织和社会公众三个层面的“协同”、“整合”和“服务”的关系;分析社会组织与政府、企业和公众之间也存在着合作方式有待优化、合作领域有待拓展、合作项目有待规范和合作宣传有待加强的问题;提出需要优化伙伴关系,强化公益使命,坚持精耕细作,创新合作模式,实现精准合作、赋能合作、品牌合作、跨界合作的目标,在推动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接中发挥更大作用。
<<Poverty alleviation is a systematic people’s livelihood project,and building good public relations is the basis for gathering poverty alleviation forces and coordinating and advancing poverty alleviation projects. This paper studies the construction of public relations involving social organizations in poverty alleviation,including the three levels of “coordination”,“integration” and “service” relationships with the public sectors,enterprise organizations,and the public. It also analyzes the problems that social organizations and the government,enterprises and the public also have ways of cooperation to be optimized,areas of cooperation to be expanded,cooperation projects to be standardized,and cooperation publicity to be strengthened;proposed to optimize partnerships,strengthen public welfare missions,adhere to intensive cultivation,and innovate cooperation models to achieve the goals of precise cooperation,empowerment cooperation,brand cooperation,and cross-border cooperation,and play a greater role in promoting the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural vitalization.
