调查广州居民的数字化公共服务满意度,帮助政府部门更好地了解居民的需求偏好和行为模式,对提升数字化公共服务质量有重要意义。本报告从用户需求的角度出发,构建满意度指标体系,利用问卷调查搜集数据,对广州居民的数字化公共服务满意度进行分析。结果表明,广州居民的数字化公共服务满意度较高,但数字化公共服务质量和平台建设两方面评价都存在区域和群体差异,服务效率和服务平台功能设置是制约用户体验的主要因素,服务平台的简易性、安全性和反馈效率还有待进一步提高。因此,本报告提出了加强数字化公共服务的法制环境建设、加强基础设施建设等对策建议。
<<In order to improve the quality of digital public service,it is very important to carry out a residents’ satisfaction survey to help Guangzhou government departments to understand residents’ demand and behavior patterns better. From the perspective of user needs,this report builds a satisfaction index system,collects data from questionnaires,and analyzes the satisfaction of digital public services of residents in Guangzhou. The results show that the satisfaction of Guangzhou residents is relatively high,but there are regional and group differences in the evaluation of digital public service quality and service platform. Service efficiency and service platform function settings are the main reasons those limits the improvement of user satisfaction,and the simplicity,security and feedback efficiency of the platform need to be further improved. Therefore,this report proposed to strengthen the legal environment construction of digital public service,strengthen infrastructure construction and other countermeasures and suggestions.
